CHARGEBACK PROHIBITION
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal is:
- a material breach of these terms
- potentially fraudulent activity
- grounds for immediate account termination
- subject to legal action and recovery of all fees and damages
- may be reported to law enforcement as fraud
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of research chemicals and the inherent safety and contamination risks involved, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
No Returns
We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once an order has been placed and fulfilled, the product cannot be returned. This policy is strictly enforced to protect the integrity of our products and the safety of all parties involved.
No Refunds
Refunds are not issued for any reason, including but not limited to: buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, or change of circumstances. We encourage all customers to review their orders carefully before completing payment.
No Exchanges
Product exchanges are not offered. All items are sold as described, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct product is selected prior to purchase.
No Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed. Our fulfillment process begins immediately upon payment confirmation. Please ensure all order details are correct before submitting your purchase.
Manufacturing Defect Exception
The sole exception to our all-sales-final policy applies to products with a verified manufacturing defect. A manufacturing defect is defined as a confirmed error or fault originating from our production or packaging process — not damage resulting from handling, storage, or use by the customer.
If you believe you have received a defective product, you must meet all of the following conditions to be considered for a claim: the product must be in its original, unopened packaging; you must contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order; you must provide photographic or video evidence of the alleged defect; and the defect must be confirmed as a manufacturing error upon review by our team.
Approved claims under this exception will be resolved at our sole discretion, which may include a replacement of the same product.
